Sales Trainer

Responsibilities:

Covering the Lake Tahoe and Angel's Camp area, the Sales Trainer will report directly to the Director of Training for the Pac One Region:

  • Assisting in overseeing the Sales training for Oregon WVO Sales.

  • Effectively communicating and partnering with RSVP, Site VP, Director of Training,  Director of Recruiting, Training Managers, Site Recruiters & other Site Trainers. 

  • Identifying opportunities relating to, but not limited to, the training department, sales lines (in-house and frontline) and sales processes and following through to affect and implement positive change.

  • Supporting the Specialist Presenter team for training and compliance.

  • Obtaining a strong working knowledge of and being effective in Wyndham Vacation Resorts brands.

  • Ensuring Wyndham’s “Play to Win” new hire training curriculum is delivered to new hires in a classroom setting using an iPad.

  • Ensuring Wyndham’s “Road to Success” 12-week follow-up training is being facilitated to new hires in a consistent classroom setting.

  • Ensuring follow-up training and hours of power are being facilitated regularly.

  • Ensuring sites are up-to-date on all recently approved Wyndham collateral.

  • Provide In-House & CMP new hire & on-going trainings

  • Support tour production, VPG, show rate metric improvement

  • Create motivational Rally Training topics

  • Benefits, Compensation, and Training

  • Job Expectations and Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years Wyndham sales experience

  • Have a proven track record in frontline or in-house sales as a sales manager, training manager, Sr. Manager, DOS or VP.

  • Must be able to travel throughout the Oregon region as needed and network within the organization

  • Have a strong desire to be an integral part of the site leadership team.

  • Have strong working knowledge of WorldMark by Wyndham and Wyndham Vacation Resorts.

  • Must have an active California Real Estate License or ability to obtain one

  • Must have an active Nevada Timeshare license or ability to obtain one
