Recruiting Coordinator | San Antonio, Texas
At Wyndham Destinations our goal is simple: To Put The World on Vacation! We're searching for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to add to our Gulf Region Recruiting Team based out of San Antonio, Texas.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Sourcing candidates through networking, job boards, employee referrals, social media and active applicants
Conducting a high volume of applicant/candidate phone screens
Scheduling phone, first, and final round interviews
Attend out of office social networking events
Assisting with Career Nights and College Career Fairs
Data tracking for employee referrals, hiring sources, reports, calls, interviews, etc.
Coordinating background checks and orientation schedules with new hires, training, and HR
Maintain proper business acumen and business professional attire/appearance
Conducting Face-to-Face Interviews as part of development path
Provide staffing updates to Recruiting Manager and other Sales & Marketing leadership when needed
Attend and participate in daily/monthly recruiting meetings
Attend Wyndham's sales training class as part of development
Attend ongoing sales and marketing meetings
Working more than 40 hours per week is dictated by business needs. Typical schedule is Monday thru Friday.
Job Qualifications:
College Degree or applicable professional experience is preferred
Between 6 to 12 months of recruiting and a consistent work history in sales and/or marketing is preferred and will be considered immediately
High Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Must have experience in navigating and networking through LinkedIn and other similar social media outlets
Willing and motivated to set priorities, meet quotas, and work with limited direction/supervision at times
Ability to work in a high-paced sales environment
Having the ability of relocating for future promotion is a plus
