The Specialist, Product and Program Development supports the planning, execution and integration of products and programs for Travel + Leisure Co.’s vacation ownership clubs that support the company’s strategic pillars of customer obsession and best-in-class sales and marketing.
The primary responsibility of the Specialist is to partner with the team in the planning, development, and integration of products and/or programs. The Specialist will support cross-departmental strategic programs and initiatives with high impact on company growth and bottom line impacts from start to finish. The Specialist will demonstrate support by completing the following duties, up to, but not limited to: planning, monitoring of products and programs, analyze program related issues, absorb and synthesize customer feedback into action, and recommend program enhancements. The Specialist role will also entail assisting in product & program development by supporting the development of the plan, budget, schedule for new products & program and working with cross-functional teams in the planning, execution and launch.
How You'll Shine:

Project Management: Perform foundational project management responsibilities to ensure successful completion of key initiatives. Schedule, coordinate, and support project meetings. Maintain project trackers, action logs, and status documents. Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups. Prepare presentations, documentation, and project artifacts for internal stakeholders. Organize and document requirements, risks, and decisions to support project execution.

Product & Program Development: Assist in new product & program concept development and revision activities. Provide support in developing program plan, budget and schedule. Work with cross-functional team in the planning and execution of programs. Perform program planning, analysis and reporting for management.

Product & Program Management: Coordinate program management of specific strategic programs. Partner with operational program teams to analyze customer feedback and program related issues and provide long-term resolutions. Keep management informed about any financial, schedule and administrative issues. Understand client requirements and recommend new program or enhancements.
Travel Requirements:
- 5-10% travel would be required for specific meetings with sales, marketing, customer service operations and special events.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, product management or related areas.
- Product Management certification preferred but not required.
- Project Management certification preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working on multiple projects
- Strong motivation to learn, willingness to be a team player, yet operate independently as required while exercising discretion and independent judgment
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in work to ensure quality
- Written and verbal communication skills to execute timely and effective communication

- Ability to be proactive and communicate proper sense of urgency for tasks to keep work on target
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing
- Ability to be flexible with change and adapt to changes within products/programs
- Ability to work effectively as a team player in a diverse work group
- Ability to interact with various business partners at all levels in the organization
- Vacation Ownership and travel industry knowledge a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio & Outlook
- One (1) year experience in program/product development, marketing, or project management required.
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
