Site Principal Broker
Wyndham is a developer of resort properties, including various forms of
timeshare interests, which Wyndham wishes to sale and market within the State of Tennessee . Seeking Principal Broker to perform licensed broker services for Wyndham and its affiliates/subsidiaries at its Sales Offices in Nashville as part time role OR hybrid option for Full-time Broker/Sales Associate in this role. Broker Duties and Responsibilities:
(a) Keeping an active license by maintaining good moral, legal and ethical standards at all times.
(b) Execute and submit to the Tennessee Real Estate Commission all documentation necessary to qualify as the licensed Broker for Wyndham and/or its affiliated companies that may be used from time to time for timeshare interest sales and/or rentals.
(c) Authorize Wyndham to use the Broker’s name and address on any registration applications and/or other documents as may be required by the State of Tennessee and its various agencies, commissions and other governmental bodies.
(d) Authorize Wyndham to use Broker’s professional name, license number, address, as the case may be, in and on all advertising materials of whatever medium, as required by applicable law.
(e) Broker shall comply with all laws, regulations, orders and statutes of federal, state or local authorities that may impose any obligation or duty upon Broker.

Compensation:

For the services provided by Broker under this Agreement, Wyndham
agrees to pay and Broker agrees to accept the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1500.00) monthly with payments being made at the end of each bi-weekly period. Any biweekly period which is not fully completed will be paid at a prorated rate.

Term and Termination:

This Agreement shall terminate after a period of one (1) year from
the beginning date stated above. This Agreement may be extended for additional periods of one (1) year at a time upon mutual consent in writing of the parties hereto.
