PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)

• Payroll administration and processing of the Fortnightly payrolls – Fiji, New Zealand & Australian Payrolls
• Fortnightly – on-line timesheets review and processing, bonus & Incentive payment processing.  
• Provide backup and data entry support to payroll officers for the processing of other fortnightly payrolls and miscellaneous tasks.
• Keep all information in the Payroll & Time & Attendance systems up to date with new employees and general data maintenance.
• Carry out requests in a timely manner
• End of Pay – reports ensuring these are completed within required timeframes.
• Ensure Compliance to Employment Regulations and Company Policies
• Display exceptional service to all internal and external parties. 
• Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products. 
• Show integrity in all aspects of the position, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise. 
• Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers.  Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible. 

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:

• Previous experience to working within a payroll environment 5 years+ (essential)
• Previous experience working on New Zealand & Australia payrolls (not essential)
• Strong reconciliation / analytical experience (Payroll environment or other) (essential)
• Intermediate Excel skills (essential)
• Fast & Accurate Data Entry (essential)
• High attention to detail (essential)
• Desire to continue to develop further learning in relation to all areas within Payroll Services
• Desire to step up and cover Payroll Supervisor tasks & responsibility when needed
• Ability to take ownership for area of responsibility, but also to take advice and direction from other Payroll team members

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment  and work to critical deadlines
• A strong team player with a desire to continuously improve, both personally and professionally
• Flexible on work hours - work occasional additional hours and work on Public Holidays where needed.
