The Payroll Clerk, located in the Travel + Leisure Co. Payroll Accounting Department of the Orlando Corporate Office will assist with processing multistate biweekly payroll using ADP. Responsible for payroll related mailings, ensuring incoming is properly distributed or scanned into electronic filing system.
How You'll Shine:
Reviewing and distributing incoming mail.
Scanning garnishment orders into the system.
Preparing payroll related mailings.
Track and maintain records log of incoming refunds.
Processing payroll for U.S or International pay groups on a bi-weekly basis.
Assist other team members and business partners with research and resolution of payroll issues.
Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma /technical training or 2 years equivalent experience preferred
Detail oriented with strong follow up skills
Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Must be a team player who can interact with all levels of the organization.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Demonstrate good judgment and decision making skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Advanced clerical skills to include MicroSoft 365.
Familiarity with Oracle HR, ADP, and Kronos is a plus.
Payroll experience is a plus.
2 years administrative experience preferred
