Based in either Kettering (UK), Cork (Ireland), Albufeira (Portugal)

The Operations Assistant will be responsible for executing all the Operational processes within 7Across Europe to ensure that we deliver a great holiday experience to all of our customers.  The role will involve a variety of responsibilities including: New member enrolments, Trading Partner account support, inventory management, liaising directly with resorts, members and all regional 7Across offices, and the managing the admin schedules and ensuring all tasks are completed with the agreed SLA’s

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently executing all operational tasks and processes within 7Across Europe including: Enrolment process for new 7Across members, validation and reconciliation of Bonus Week vouchers and allocations. resort arrival reports, content and errata’s, customer feedback, deposit verifications, inter-regional transactions, customer & resort notifications, ensuring all calendars and Units in EMS are up to date.  
  • Responsibility for administering all the 7Across e-mail inboxes
  • Responsible for the invoicing procedure
  • Resolving any Customer Service/Relocation issues that may arise with minimal cost without compromising the customer experience
  • Responsible for managing processes between other regional offices and functions
  • Supporting the Operations Executive with Trading Partner Account Management, inventory management, resort content, creating and managing new resort profiles.       
  • Supporting the Operations Executive with Inventory management, including Loading of resort and rental inventory, bonus week pricing, web hide, and freezing inventory.  
  • Building relationships with resorts through regular contact via email or phone calls
  • Supporting the call centre  during busy period by taking inbound calls as and when required             
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and enhance the product offering for review with the Operations Executive
  • Always put the customer first in everything we do

KEY POSITION CRITERIA

Knowledge/ Skills / Qualifications

  • Experience of a working within an operations/administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Effective negotiation and strong analytical skills
  • Strong inter-personal and organisation skills
  • Customer focused with the ability to immediately resolve any issues
  • Highly motivated, enthusiatic and confident
  • Excellent PC Skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
  • Flexibility to adapt in a changing environment
  • Ability to manage time effectively in order to arrange workload and prioritise key tasks
  • Knowledge and experience of the travel and/or timeshare sector would be ideal but not essential

MINIMUM

  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent

DESIRABLE

  • Educated to A-level or equivalent
  • Timeshare knowledge
