Summary

The primary responsibility of the Community Marketing Lead is to solicit prospective guests to attend a Timeshare Sales Presentation while also assisting Community Marketing Agents in improving their pitch and maximizing their personal tour production.     

Essential Job Functions

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for maximizing personal tour production and assists other Community Marketing Agents in soliciting prospective guests to tour our Resort and attend a Timeshare Sales Presentation. Set a positive example for other Community Marketing Agents in delivering a great guest experience, improving their sales skills, meeting performance standards, and completing assigned paperwork. Follow stated qualification guidelines for all prospective guests. Accurately complete all required documents to book tours, and collect deposits. Provide concierge services to prospective guests.  Maintain a clean and tidy work area and maintain supplies. Attend scheduled trainings or meetings as required. (85%)
  • Build a “Lead With Your Heart” Culture: Continuously exhibit the company’ Lead With Your Heart philosophy (10% time)
  • Performs other duties as needed (5% time)

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Training requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year as a CMA

Knowledge and skills

  • Ability to work independently, and within a Team
  • Willingness and ability to assist others in being successful.
  • Ability to perform in a strong performance/results based environment
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Must be organized, self motivated, and goal oriented
  • Ability to problem solve and exhibit strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends

Technical Skills

  • Must be able to use and navigate an iPad with ease
  • Computer skills
  • Communicate effectively via electronic communications

Job experience

  • 6 – 12 months of experience as a CMA
