The Manager of Investor reporting will oversee the monthly reporting and compliance documents in support of the company’s $2B in debt facilities. Although this is a fully remote role, applicants must reside within a commutable distance to Las Vegas, NV area to attend regular meetings.

How You'll Shine:

  • Manage the preparation of monthly servicer reports for approximately 15 debt facilities and 12 external partner deals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to updating servicer report templates and formulas, reconciling cash flows and balances, and distributing reports and data files to external parties, including Trustees, Lenders, and Rating Agencies. Must be highly detail-oriented, well organized, and comfortable in translating legal definitions into modeling mechanics.

  • Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly servicer certificates, monthly Conduit sale documents, and annual compliance packages. 

  • Oversee the development of one financial analyst and completion of deliverables on schedule.

  • Coordinate documentation for audit requests and manage quarterly and annual audits for third-party partners and the Sierra Conduit facility. 

  • Maintain the monthly forecast of incoming and outgoing securitization wires. Prepare and distribute Closing Flow of Funds for new deals.

  • Collaborate with Collections, Contract Compliance, Title, IT, Legal, and Sales Operations to ensure compliance with securitization requirements in preparing for new deals, managing existing deals, and evaluating new products or programs.

  • Work closely with the Forecasting team to ensure the consistency and accuracy of reporting.

  • Translate reporting requirements in legal documentation to reports distributed to internal and external clients.

  • Ad hoc analysis and research as requested for Wyndham Consumer Finance (WCF) and Travel and Leisure Financial Management groups.

  • Performs other duties as needed.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent work experience.

  • Actively informs management of data issues and challenges, takes action to resolve them, and demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Intellectual curiosity and drive for results

  • Independent self-starter with the ability to source large sets of data and make appropriate recommendations

  • Excellent strategic, analytical, and creative thinking aptitude in both an independent and team environment

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and strict deadlines while incorporating work style with team objectives

  • Detail oriented, well organized and able to prioritize and work on competing projects

  • Ability to communicate and partner effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Decision-minded, capable of providing management with clear paths to optimal results

  • Proficient Excel knowledge required for reoccurring reporting and analysis. Proven history of leveraging Excel functions to streamline and improve existing processes.

  • Experience with Hyperion, Oracle, Essbase, and SharePoint is a plus

  • Experience in the timeshare industry is a plus 

  • 3-5 years financial planning & analysis experience preferred
