Travel + Leisure Co is currently seeking a Manager of Financial Partnerships in Orlando, FL. Hybrid schedule- three days in office (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday), two days from home (Thursday, Friday).
The Manager of Financial Partnerships will maintain and enhance financial partnerships that support marketing and sales activities. This person will also be responsible for leveraging the financial partnerships to provide opportunities for new growth, either by creating new financial sales tools or new marketing process through the financial partnership. Finally, our proposal is to fill a hybrid (corporate and field) role that will collaborate with internal and external leadership sales partners to develop action plans for improved results.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ability to analyze, synthesize and act upon company and site specific results. Identify opportunity trends in performance and consult with internal and external partners to develop an action plan for improved results. Execute compelling win-win strategies through partnership and collaboration of business partners.
Leverages field experience and feedback to articulate new capabilities, support tools and product opportunities. Partners with internal teams to prioritize projects, effectively manage timelines and resources to successfully move forward program objectives.
Ability to design and present impactful business presentations both in person and in a virtual setting. Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication to present information to internal partners and clients.
Effectively collaborates with financial institution partners. Managing compliance, training, client and customer escalations. Serves as the first line of defense for company by providing ethical and risk adverse guidance to customer facing associates, compliant training, and other tactics.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s preferred (Business Management, Marketing, Finance/ Accounting, General Business or related field)
Training requirements
PMP Preferred
Knowledge and skills
Ability to operationalize ideas and concepts
Team player with the ability to drive results through collaboration
Ability to work on multiple projects
Ability to effectively prioritize issues
Customer/Partner relationship focus
Technical Skills
Microsoft Office
Timeshare knowledge a plus
Project management a plus
Job experience
3-4 years of experience with project management
1-2 years in marketing or training, preferred
1-2 years experience in the time share industry or with hotel rewards programs, a plus
Travel
up to 15%, to site visits and/or quarterly meetings
