The Manager, Inventory and Revenue Management for is responsible to utilize data and build forecasts to create enterprise-wide solutions. The Manager, Inventory and Revenue Management will lead large-scale, high-visibility projects to drive profit for the organization. They manage a dedicated team of analysts supporting all Resorts within assigned territory.

How You'll Shine:

• Developing and implementing pricing and inventory strategies to maximize territory utilization for Wyndham Destinations, Travel + Leisure, and Panorama
• Setting budget for supply, demand, and usage for portfolio of Resorts
• Presenting holistic recommendations and solutions based on team data analysis
• Identifying opportunities and solutions to increase process efficiencies
• Influencing groups to reach alignment on inventory (rooms) utilization
• Clearly and concisely communicating strategic solutions to senior/executive stakeholders 
• Fostering productive relationships with field and corporate business partners
• Guiding Analysts through report creation to run trend analysis
• Recognizing opportunities to drive incremental value
• Prioritizing and escalating system enhancement needs with IT business partners
• Identifying potential risks and acting autonomously to devise solutions for assigned territories
• Partnering with IT, Resort Operations, Sales and Marketing | Panorama Brands:  Love Home Swap, Affiliate Resort Network, 7Across | External Vendors

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field is required
• 5+ years work experience in Revenue Management required
• Prior work experience within Vacation Ownership industry strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Excel is required; experience with data querying preferred
• MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Initiative-taking with the ability to motivate/guide/direct others
• Ability to flex approach with varying audiences at differing levels
• Ability to influence team, leader, and business partners to drive goals forward
• Detailed-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple and competing priorities
