Responsibilities 

  • Conduct in-person vacation sales presentations to pre-qualified clients (leads provided)

  • Establish commonality and build rapport with guests and/or potential clients

  • Articulate the benefit of traveling as a VIP level owner with Wyndham Destinations

  • Entice owners to upgrade their current vacation package by presenting Wyndham's VIP level owner benefits

  • Provide showing and tour of Wyndham's VIP Presidential Suite

  • Provide knowledge of Wyndham Destinations product

  • Adhere to Wyndham's sales pitch and process while tailoring each presentation to meet each potential client's needs and wants

  • Provide follow up with clients to increase owner satisfaction

  • Attend and participate in various sales training sessions and meetings

Job Expectations and Requirements

  • Must have an active FL Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain)

  • 2-5+ years successful sales and/or real estate experience preferred

  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude

  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections

  • Excellent active listening skills

  • Able to work independently and as a team player

  • Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as: rapport building, selling on emotion, building value in the product, and closing the sale

  • Professional appearance
