PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)
- Perform audit tasks as directed by Internal Audit Manager and per the Annual Internal Audit plan.
- Conduct testing of internal controls, assist in preparing reports and recommendations based on risks identified and audit findings.
- Assist implementation of practical internal control enhancements.
- Conduct focused ad hoc reviews of internal controls and fraud investigations as required.
- Undertake annual Sarbanes Oxley s404 controls testing in relation to South Pacific businesses, working with the Internal Audit Manager Asia Pacific and US internal controls team. Adherence to strict standards of documentation set up by US external auditors. Sarbanes Oxley work includes walk through documentation of current controls (incl. updating process flowcharts), deciding on key controls for testing and updating results of testing on automated audit documentation system in use by US counterparts and external auditors.
- Liaison with local external auditors on SOX testing and annual external audit.
- Perform periodic testing on compliance plan risks for both Australian regulatory requirements under Annual Financial Services License (“AFSL”) and the National Consumer Credit Protection Act (“NCCP”)
- Assist the development of an internal control culture, including training to other departments/executives.
- Consult with appropriate stakeholders to obtain agreement or remove barriers before implementing change
- Display a Hospitality with Heart service approach to all internal and external parties.
- Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products.

- Assist with other adhoc projects as allocated by the CFO from time to time.
