• Taking inbound calls from activities, qualify and sell qualified guests a vacation voucher
• 接听客人预订或咨询电话，审核客人资质并销售度假产品券
• Coordinate with partner, vendor and site to place booking, make reservation
• 协助合作商，供应商及相关渠道完成客人的酒店预订
• Work on hot leads allocated to convert into qualified tours
• 将潜力销售机会转化为合格的度假会体验套餐
• Follow booking process and SOP under manager supervision
• 符合预订流程及标准操作流程完成订单
• Collect booking requests from vendors and key in system, then issue vouchers and confirmation letters
• 接受供应商提供的预订申请，录入系统，发送产品券及预订确认信
• Verify minivac prices and booking details
• 审核体验套餐出售价格及订单细节
• Ensure quality service is always provided
