In our journey of growth, we are excited to welcome a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join us and contribute to our employer branding initiatives and various HR projects.

As a Human Resources Intern focusing on employer branding, you will have a unique opportunity to delve into different HR aspects while utilisiing your marketing expertise to elevate our employer brand. Your role will involve working closely with the HR team to craft and execute strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting HR initiatives, offering valuable assistance across multiple functions within the department.

How You’ll Shine

  • Collaborate with the HR team to devise and implement employer branding strategies that resonate with the company's core values and goals.
  • Aid in creating captivating content for internal and external communications, such as social media posts and employee testimonials, to showcase our employer brand.
  • Research industry trends and best practices in employer branding to provide insights and recommendations for enhancement.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by helping with job postings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support new hire onboarding activities by preparing orientation materials and scheduling training sessions.
  • Provide administrative support for HR tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, and organising employee events.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices

What You’ll Bring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and Marketing, with a passion for continuous learning and development.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of creating compelling written and visual content.
  • Highly organised with keen attention to detail and adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
