PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Including but not limited to:)

  • Supports Talent Acquisition Specialist in providing full end to end recruitment service such as on- boarding and candidate experience.
  • Ensure that all learnings and performance review in Workday tool is implemented.
  • Provide advice to line managers and employees on employment law and Company policy and procedures.
  • Keep abreast of emerging IR trends and issues relevant to the Company. 
  • Oversee facilitation of all investigations with department groups regarding employee grievances, disciplinary investigation and terminations whilst maintaining procedural fairness. 
  • Monitors Disciplinary Action and Clearance.
  • Provides COE, employee verification, WWID creation and variation letters.
  • Actively develop HR solutions to increase engagement.
  • Promote and encourage HR best practice across all areas of the business
  • Support the HR team in developing and implementing projects.
  • Liaise with the L&D team in region to review, develop and implement appropriate Company induction and training courses
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
