We are looking for a customer service superstar! Someone who is passionate about the Sunshine Coast and wants to share that with everyone who they speak to.

We are wanting someone who is confident to speak with people from not only different countries but all walks of life. Someone who is flexible to work a range of shifts from early mornings to evenings, weekends to holidays. Experience is preferred however not essential! We recruit based on attitude so tell us what you can bring to the team!

How You'll Shine

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the front desk. This includes greeting and registering of owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions, completion of all department related paperwork and using all communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles and computers.

What You'll Bring

The perfect candidate would be able to, however not limited to:

  • Perform all duties of the front desk, including greeting owners and guests, Check in and out, Answer telephone and email inquiries, porterage of luggage, cash handling and balancing procedures, tour & travel inquiries/bookings, reservations and night audit procedures.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of the operation of all administration equipment eg. Email, basic word & excel documentation and Credit Card settlement machines.
  • Comfortable pitching sales presentations to both existing and potential Club Wyndham owners, and following through and making bookings with the sales team is essential.
