How You’ll Shine:
The responsibility of this role is to deliver qualified In-House and Rental tours to designated sites and to meet and exceed the department budgets KPIs. 

• Recruitment, training and performance management of the Guest Experience Host teams.
• Manage day-to-day operations of Guest Experience Hosts. All activities affecting Guest Experience Hosts.
• Month-end reporting requirements in accordance with company procedures
• Adhere to all company and regulatory requirements with regards to Guest Experience Host Activities.
• Meet and/or exceed the departmental budgeted expectations, in production and cost efficiencies
• Ensure all employees stay current with required government licenses and work permits as required.
• Define the responsibilities of the Guest Experience Host teams
• Be responsible for marketing budgeting and cost accounting systems
•  Schedule guests for maximum efficiency
• Provide regular coaching, mentoring and feedback to the team to ensure continued development and identify training needs.
•  Travel to resort and sales locations as required
• Identify trends/root causes and take action to ensure desired results are achieved.
