Club Wyndham Wanaka are seeking a dynamic and passionate, customer focused Team Leader for our onsite Café & Bar, to take our new product to the next level. If you enjoy having fun, have a great personality, and love people then this is the role for you! Recently undergoing a renovation, we are looking at evolving our current product and taking this space and our offerings to the next level.

How You’ll Shine

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant. We are looking for a talented manager who can share our vision, and provide memorable experiences for our guests.  You will be responsible for recruitment, kitchen, purchasing, events management, marketing, and most importantly you will provide a hands-on service to our guests. You will also be responsible for the following:

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will be:

• Have the ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous experience within a similar management position
• Ability to co-ordinate schedules with projected workflow, within budget
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification
• Knowledge and understanding of OH&S and chemical handing
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.
• Be a real 'people person' and genuinely enjoy getting to know people
