The Financial Analyst position requires experience in the preparation of month-end reporting, as well as, assists in the forecasting process for the department.

Experience with analyzing variances between the forecast, plan and monthly figures and ability to research abnormal variances is required. 

Team player, possessing excellent communication skills since the job requires interaction with various levels of management and Metros throughout the country.  Experience with working cross-functionally, to accomplish objectives through
the formation of ad-hoc teams via influence, rather than formal lines of authority, is beneficial.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor of Arts/Science in Accounting/Finance or related Field (4 year degree required)
• 1-2 years experience in Corporate or large organizational environment
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office software, with heavy Excel usage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access highly recommended
• Knowledge of Cognos, or similar structured query language systems, is recommended
