If you answered “yes” than look no further.  The Wyndham Destinations Marketing Contact Center is growing and we are currently hiring new and seasoned Customer Service Representatives to join us in our brand new state of the art Contact Center as a Vacation Reservations Coordinator working with a supportive leadership team who is invested in YOU and YOUR success! Don’t have customer service or reservations experience but believe you have the skills and attributes to be successful?  No problem, our Best in Class trainers and program will teach you what you need to know. 

What is a Vacation Reservations Coordinator?


As a Vacation Reservations Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to answer inbound calls from guests who purchased a timeshare promotional vacation getaway. You will be assisting them with booking their travel dates, general questions and/or confirming their upcoming reservation through our central reservation system. The position requires that you maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction, in addition to addressing any escalated customer service issues that may arise. As part of the Reservations Team, you will be helping to deliver on our arrivals, increase revenue for the department and guarantee tour volume for the resorts.  Package retention (saving the sale), selling of dates, escalation of calls, retaining the business.

We are looking for someone who is an excellent listener and an effective communicator by being positive, professional and informative. What are the Hours?

  • You will work 12 pm to 8 pm or 1 pm to 9 pm four days during the week
  • You will work on Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm.
  • You will have off one weekend day and one day mid-week.
  • Current hours are subject to change based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible shifts to include weekdays, evenings and weekends to suit business needs
  • 1+ years of customer service, reservations or equivalent experience a plus
  • 1+ years of call center experience preferred
  • Proficient working with Microsoft Office is preferred
  • Sales experience preferred.

Remote / Work from Home Opportunity Requirements:

  • Must have a high speed internet connection and modem

Benefits:

  • New hire training pay during first 6 weeks is $15.00/hour plus incentives
  • After successfully completing training the pay is $12.00/hour plus incentives with yearly earning potential up to 65K+
