Our Owners Services team provide the external customers across Asia Pacific with support and education in the company’s product.
As an intern you will be:
- Receiving training requests from various departments and appropriate scheduling to deliver the service.
- Maintenance of Training Calendar & regular updates on staff movements.
- Assistance in organising training rooms, collaterals, KPI maintenance, etc Tracking & indexing delivery modules and training records.
- Lead the scheduling & attendance records of customer education sessions.
- Index & catalogue our digital collaterals to ensure they are aligned with the program delivery.
- Review customer feedback and distribute it to relevant channels for appropriate action.
About you?
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- An ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Have the ability to recognise and solve problems in the workplace
- Uphold Wyndham's high standards of quality
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint is highly regarded.
