About the company:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading travel and leisure company! We are currently looking for Front Officer Duty Manager to join our The Sebel/Peppers Manly team today!

About the Role:

• Ensure and manage day to day operations of the front desk
• Greet and register of owners and guests
• Provide information to local area attractions
• Manage and resolve promptly any guest complaints if they arise
• Build, develop and lead a team proactively to promote high levels of customer service

About you?

• Previous experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level either as a Team Leader, Shift Supervisor or Duty Manager
• Experience in using PMS Systems (Opera preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and school and public holiday periods
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and active listening
• Previous experience in events and finance is highly regarded
• Full working rights in Australia & valid drivers licence
