PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)
- Lead the Campaigns and Partnership team in a studio environment to meet the financial, operational and strategic goals of the department
- Create Lead Generation strategies and innovative campaigns to actively promote Minivac and Day Drive offers to domestic and international segments
- Develop a Partnership strategy to create sustainable partners opportunities for Club Wyndham.
- Build, develop and manage an engaged Campaign and Partnership team with a Count on Me! attitude and living our core values of Integrity, Leadership, Innovation and Growth
- Identifying key internal stakeholders and the impact a campaign/project will have on the Company
- Preparing campaign/project outlines, including budgets, timelines and responsibilities
- Ensuring all compliance guidelines are met and applicable legal approvals and state licences gained as required
- Monitoring campaign progress to ensure success for both parties
- Provide regular coaching, mentoring and feedback to the team to ensure continued development and identify training needs
- Proactively offer solutions and recommendations to internal customers for their marketing/campaign needs
- Establish service quality standards based on internal customer requirements
- Liaising with internal customers to determine requirements of campaigns/projects
- Identify trends/root causes and take action to ensure desired results are achieved
- Develop and sponsor initiatives that foster open communication
- Consult with appropriate stakeholders to obtain agreement or remove barriers before implementing change
- Communicate campaign strategies and accompanying collateral to key stakeholders in a timely manner
- Financial and performance forecasts for new campaign development and implementation
- Develop, coordinate, implement, analyse and manage marketing strategies
- Conduct research and continually self educate on marketing trends and consumer behavior
- Basic copy writing
- Responsible for job briefs to ensure the Creative Services’ team meets the job owner’s objectives
- Responsible for timelines, recording, tracking and history of all jobs by utilising the tracking spreadsheet
- Record and maintain the production schedule
- Co-ordinate ‘spec’ sheets in conjunction with specialists in the team
- Provide Studio Co-ordinator with all relevant details and materials for filing when a job is finalised.

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
- Degree qualifications with a focus in Marketing or equivalent combination of related education and experience
- Extensive experience in a Marketing role, including high volume campaign initiation and co- ordination in a fast paced, diverse environment
- Previous experience leading team to success through coaching, mentoring and training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Demonstrated empathy and the ability to build upon other people’s ideas
- Proven ability to implement alternative methods to achieve goals in the face of obstacles
- Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines without compromising quality
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and coordinate a number of projects
- Previous copywriting experience
- Attention to detail
