Wyndham Destination is looking for a Director of CMP/ In-House Operations. This position has the responsibility to assist and support the WYND CMP/In-House Operations team at the Enterprise level with tracking, reporting and analyzing in achieving improved efficiencies. In addition, the Director has the responsibility of identifying talent capacity within the enterprise In-house marketing program and assist in developing strategies for taking advantage of these opportunities. They will assess appropriate field personnel in partnership with SVPM management team, by implementing strategies and recommending the change required for continued growth in the areas of penetration, lower costs and higher sales at the site level to achieve the optimum revenue per check-in. This role will assist in the development of In-House Marketing “Best Practices” and integrate those processes into all of WYND CMP/In-House programs.
How You'll Shine
• Journey coordination, enhancement, and management
• CMP/IH best practice identification, SOP creation, roll-out
o Help coordinate with the “Marketing Council”
• Risk Management Oversight and coordination
• Manager/Dir Development program
o Help create and manage program sessions
o Training sessions
o Media creation for delivery, etc.
• Coordinate with Director of Marketing Activation and Director of Global Product Implementation re premium programs, launches, etc.
• Coordinate between SVPM’s to deliver field needs re operations, serving as the defector liaison with Corporate Orlando
• Develop and manage training and SOP materials for CMP and In-House
Tactical:
• Oversee the implementation of recommended solutions/tactics by identifying, analyzing and recommending the change required for continued growth in the areas of penetration, lower costs and higher sales. 30%
• Assure the proper tracking, collection processing and analyzing of data as required to benchmark performance. Oversee the audit of weekly reports and compilation of data from all sites on arrivals and site/marketer penetration rates. 5%
• Train and provide on-going support as required and needed to improve efficiencies and underperforming roles. Assess company requirements for talent and ensure adequate talent in pipeline for company growth needs. 25%
• Coordinate with SVPMs and corporate personnel as required to assist in the implementation of the developed tasks. Assist in the development of In-House Marketing “Best Practices” and integrate those processes into all WYND CMP/In-house programs. 40%
Travel Requirements
Travel is required with frequency depending on the performance of the region’s sites and the need to train new positions. Typical travel would be 50% with as much as 80% when needed.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, analytical and logical skill set
Technical Skills
• Demonstrated computer skills w/Microsoft Office, Excel and strong skill set with IT systems
• Excellent reporting, analysis and process mapping skills
Job experience
• Five years industry experience or equivalent
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
