Role Purpose:

  • Responsible for supporting the growth of Panorama Travel Solutions by delivering new travel membership clubs within the EMEA region.
  • As the Marketing Project Manager you will work within a  project team to  drive the creation, development and delivery of key marketing and sales assets, both B2B and B2C including sales decks, promotional material and digital marketing.   
  • Accountable for efficiently executing the marketing requirements and working across functions to deliver required projects within the agreed time, quality and budget, while managing stakeholders and risks.
  • This is a vital role that requires an agile project manager who can lead multiple work streams whilst collaborating with in-house resources and external agencies.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work in close collaboration with the global and regional growth team to understand the marketing requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Set objectives, motivate and manage teams specialising in graphic design, social media and email marketing. 
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the company's offering, customer needs and market trends
  • Contribute with creative ideas, convert briefs into actionable tasks and support the design team with material creation
  • Liaise with external digital agencies, printers and merchandise suppliers where appropriate to source, prepare and distribute marketing materials
  • Partner with the in house Brand team and Creative Design Manager to create visual concepts and to ensure all marketing assets are delivered against brand guidelines.
  • Building and maintaining external vendors/agency relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development function on new travel product roll out for the region.
  • Budget management by managing costs and spends efficiently.  
  • Create and maintain marketing project plans which manage task delivery and timelines.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • 3+ years’ experience of project management within a marketing environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools
  • A proactive, positive and problem-solving approach
  • Able to work on your own initiative both independently and collaborative
  • Demonstrated high level business acumen with the ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with limited resources
  • Strong internal and external customer service focus.
  • Demonstrated initiative in introducing new concepts or ideas
  • Results oriented approach to delivering quality outcomes
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally for achievement of overall business objectives
