We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to oversee the operational activities of the Data Intelligence team. This team is responsible for the collection, review, retention and use of marketing data across our Asia Pacific operations.
How You'll Shine
Based out of our newly renovated Gold Coast office, this position will be responsible for building, developing and managing a highly engaged Data Intelligence team, providing innovative and effective intelligence solutions for the organisation.
By building strong relationships with the Marketing team, you will be responsible for the execution of various campaigns including (but not limited to) telemarketing, digital and direct mail initiatives, and will have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in respect to the management of the collected data in our management systems.
What You'll Bring
High level of IT and data analysis related qualifications
Strong administrative background with proven capabilities using data intelligence systems at a high level with experience in Salesforce and Merlin, desirable
Experience in data management for marketing, sales or financial services industries an advantage
Experience managing a team including remote reports
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the business
Proven ability to implement alternative methods to achieve goals in the face of obstacles whilst maintaining 100% regulatory compliance
Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines without compromising quality
Ability to manage multiple tasks and be able to think laterally when problem solving
