To actively contribute to the company vision of putting the world on vacation by overseeing the operational activities of the Data Intelligence team responsible for the collection, review, retention and use of marketing data and leadership, training and development of the team.
Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organisation
Build, develop and manage an engaged Data Intelligence team.
Provide regular coaching, mentoring and feedback to the team to ensure continued development and identify training and development needs
Establish service quality standards based on internal customer requirements
Review processes and procedures to ensure quality service is s provided
Execute campaigns as required including telemarketing, direct mail, email and on-line campaigns
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to meet customer data requirements and delivery needs, maintaining high standards of data quality
Ensure that direct reports are aware of and adhere to internal and external policies and regulatory requirements based on jurisdictional requirements
Adapt to changes and develop new ideas for improving methods of operation (where appropriate)
Maintain 100% compliance against the Do Not Call Act and equivalent requirements in other jurisdictions
Manage spend of lead cost within budget
Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to Workplace Health and Safety ensuring the safety of yourself and all other people who may be affected by your conduct in the workplace
Display CARE to all internal and external parties
Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products
Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise
Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers.
