We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst local to Orlando, FL. This is a hybrid role; in office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday/work from home Thursday, Friday The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for supporting our paid digital efforts and campaigns via various marketing channels including SEM/PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and more across RCI’s products and services. This role will help leverage digital media to achieve and exceed RCI business objectives, and partners with business groups across the organization to solution strategies supporting business objectives to deliver against key drivers for the organization such as membership renewals, increased bookings, improved conversion, and overall brand awareness.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing, this role will collaborate with several internal and external partners ensuring paid media works effectively and efficiently achieving business objectives across a multitude of channels. There will be close partnership with our digital marketing agency and social channels as well as teams such as campaign management, brand / creative and analytics.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Paid Digital Media Execution & Optimization

  • Support the implementation and day-to-day execution of digital marketing programs through close collaboration with business partners, digital agency, and other teams including analytics and creative/brand
  • Partner with the RCI Marketing team and Sr. Manager to develop strategic digital media recommendations grounded in business needs/objectives and inclusive of innovative testing opportunities
  • Facilitate leading routine paid media audits, ensuring programs maintain executional excellence in all facets: campaign creative, campaign structure and strategy, audience targeting, tracking, and tagging infrastructure
  • Evaluate and employ evolving trends, technologies, and procedures in the digital space to our programs aimed at improving paid media performance
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to develop efficiencies and improvements within digital marketing programs

Paid Digital Media Analysis & Measurement  

  • Continuously monitor digital campaign performance results to determine what is working and what can be improved
  • Work closely with the analytics team and our media agency to identify key drivers of engagement and conversion. Then ensure said KPIs are embedded within campaign strategy
  • Routinely evaluate digital media KPIs and performance benchmarks to ensure alignment with shifting business needs
  • Successfully leverage and analyze reports/dashboards to uncover performance trends and develop actionable insights to enhance digital marketing programs
  • Work collaboratively with the analytics team on media performance and optimization, establishing the most effective targeting and personalization strategies
  • Communicate key insights and findings to leadership optimizing programs based on data-driven analysis

Team Collaboration & Communication 

  • Create and foster strong cross functional relationships with peers in other business units to foster shared work learning and leverage leading practices
  • Provide strong internal client service (e.g. – quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail)

Travel Requirements

Travel may be required to work with media agency, platform vendors, and regional business partners to receive and provide training and support for decentralized media activities. – less than 10% of time

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college required

Training and Technical Skills

  • Solid in-platform working knowledge and campaign management experience required across key digital platforms: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics
  • Google Ads Certified, a plus
  • Facebook Certified Professional, a plus
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (strong aptitude in Excel and PowerPoint)

Experience and Knowledge

  • 4+ years of digital marketing and paid media experience preferred
  • 2+ years working with or for a digital marketing agency preferred
  • Experience in developing integrated marketing plans across social, PPC, programmatic, and online video
  • Experience creating reports and deriving as well as communicating results and insights
  • Excellent and proven critical thinking skills to quickly evaluate issues, troubleshoot, and prioritize accordingly
  • Experience developing CRM/1st Party Data digital strategies, a plus
  • Experience in managing external media agency or other vendor partners
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Passionate about engaging potential customers and building out best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and highly analytical
  • Confident presence and ability to present to various levels of leadership 
  • A desire to test and learn as well as innovate
  • Experience in the travel industry, a plus

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement
