What you’ll do:

We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Customer Service / Customer Support Call Center Representative. Our Representatives converse with customers worldwide via incoming phone calls, emails, and chat conversations in regards to both new hotel reservations as well as assisting customers with requests related to existing hotel reservations. This includes resolving issues that customers experience during their travel stays (i.e. wrong room type, check in issue, etc) and finding a solution that makes their travel a positive and memorable experience. We are a fun work environment in our contact center that is centered around learning, feedback, and growing.

What we are looking for:

  • 2 years experience in providing customer service / customer support either via phone or in person including resolving customers issues and handling complaints; hospitality preferred; experience with hotel, car rental, or other travel reservations a plus
  • The ability to work in a team environment, working with coworkers and customers in a diverse culture
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends until 11:00pm
  • Excellent telephone, writing and active listening skills
  • Prior experience in a call center is a plus
  • Must have a home environment conducive to working from home on the weekends (equipment provided by us)
  • Ability to multitask, have attention to detail and relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Highly motivated and works well under pressure
  • Comfortable with metric and customer service driven environment
  • Must pass state, federal and criminal background check
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
