This is a CONTRACT opportunity for a Corporate Recruiter. The position is a hybrid schedule with a blend of in office and at home work days.

The Corporate Recruiter based in Orlando, FL will effectively drive and manage the full life cycle recruiting process to attract top talent in a timely and cost effective manner. Individual will strategically source, identify, screen and refer quality applicants to our hiring managers while supporting our "Hospitality with Heart" culture. Individual is responsible for filling a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions to include accounting, finance, HR, legal, marketing, brand, administrative and IT.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and conduct recruiting strategy meetings to understand candidate profile
  • Perform Full Cycle recruiting for Non Exempt (Hourly) and Exempt openings
  • Responsible for creating requisitions in ATS (workday), reviewing resumes, prescreening/interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews and partnering with hiring manager through the selection and offer process up to onboarding on Day 1
  • Proactively source and identify talent using traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as posting on job boards, sourcing passive candidates from resume databases, and attending career fairs
  • Actively promote the Travel + Leisure Co. brand and employment opportunities through social media
  • Administer appropriate per employment assessments and video/audio interviewing
  • Manage internal transfer process including screening, coordination of interview with hiring manager, offer letter, etc.
  • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external business partners including human resources 
  • Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, position requirements and expectations, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:
 Job Experience

  • 2 years Non Exempt and Exempt Recruiting experience in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders and providing full life cycle recruiting for a variety of business service groups
  • Experience recruiting for the various corporate functions; Accounting, Finance, Tax, HR, Legal, Administrative, Brand, Marketing and IT
  • Sourcing experience preferred

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems required; workday preferred
  • Intermediate to Advanced PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Prior experience using video interview technology preferred
  • Experience with Zoom, MS Teams, Box.com, SharePoint and other communication tools

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to be creative in thought to try nonconventional recruitment techniques
  • Competitive spirit, driven to succeed in a goal driven environment
  • Strong elevator pitch when describing the role and company culture to prospective candidates, effectively selling the company's value proposition
  • Demonstrated strong proactive recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and networking skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and effective multitasker
  • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and ability to handle pressure
  • Effective relationship building skills.  Able to work with others and communicate effectively to all levels including executive
  • Must be professional and possess a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

In some locations around the world, Travel + Leisure Co. manages hotel properties on behalf of a third party owner. At many of those properties, the Hotel owner is the actual employer, and Travel + Leisure Co. provides HR support including recruiting and performance management of executive team members, on behalf of the owner.
