Job Description

Responsibilities/Job Duties: This role will be cross trained in All departments described below.

Premiums:

Perform premium order management for Las Vegas Valley.

Establish and maintain premium par levels for all Las Vegas sites.

Maintain show schedules and allotments.

Maintain third party premium vendor relationships.

Prepare and assist with month end reconciliation, third party transactions, corporate accounting and audits.

Create and distribute ad-hoc reporting.

Responsible for submitting check requests and ensure payment is successfully processed.

Update and maintain sales and marketing reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.

Provide additional administrative support to internal departments: Sales, Marketing, HR & Resort.

Gifting:

Provide exceptional customer service to all guests

Answer phones and guest questions in a professional manner

Distribute premiums to guests upon closure of presentation

Complete daily gift reconciliation in all systems

Data entry of all gifting information into Central Reservations Systems and running of reports

File and secure all documents per procedures

Maintain property owner information per PII and PCI standards

Assist Business Operations Supervisor in support of sales staff

Minimum Qualifications: Tour Reception:

Great in person Customer Service skills

Greet and check in guests for presentation, know and learn Tour qualifications for both In House and Frontline guests

Data Entry

Running of Sales Rotation

Any additional tasks that is affiliated with this role

Timeshare or mortgage loan processing experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Some cash handling experience required

Scheduling flexibility due to business demands

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment; able to work under pressure in a team environment

Computer experience

Will work weekend shifts

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Problem solving and good communication skills

Previous experience in these positions helpful: administrative assistant, escrow, clerical, sales coordinator/coordination, customer service, sales support, contracts administration, property management, funding, accounting/accountant, hotel, hospitality.
