    • Reviewing, approving and denying change requests submitted by the East Coast Wyndham Marketing Teams. Providing feedback on why a change request is being denied.
    • Attending routine zoom meetings regarding updates in processes.
    • Works with training & recruiting partners to prepare and distribute IPADs to new hire class, assist with IPAD set up, maintain IPAD inventory for Las Vegas Region, collect IPADs from terminated employees, be on-call for IPAD trouble shooting.  Assist training & recruiting partners for all new hire classes.
    • Disperse and assign guests to Sales Representatives
    • Provide information to guests regarding the city, events, the presentation, the product and our properties when needed
    • Collect and validate guest information
    • Provide proper information to Sales & Marketing department as necessary
    • Answer phones and guest questions
    • Disperse allocated gifts to guests post-presentation
    • May include data entry
    • Maintain, file and secure all documents per procedure
    • Assist Administrative Supervisor when needed
    • Preparation and maintenance of legal documents
    • Cash handling/credits and debits
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests. Answer phones and guest questions in a professional manner.
    • Reviews agreements for conformity to company rates, rules, and regulations.
    • Analyzes contracts and confers with various department heads to detect ambiguities, inaccurate statements, omissions of essential terms, and conflicts with possible legal prohibitions.
    • Ensure all contracts are accurate, signed and returned with all documentation attached in a timely manner.
    • This position may record all money transactions; make deposits; proof read contracts for accuracy; and ensure notarization is accurate and complete.
    • Interacts with Supervisors, Managers, and peers. May interact with outside customers
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Scope/Financial Responsibility

    Coordinator is accountable for processing change requests for the East Coast – Wyndham marketing Teams in a timely manner. Coordinator is accountable to set up IPADS, Liaison to Las Vegas recruiting team, Provide customer service to sales teams in regards to IPAD support.  WVO Standard Operating Procedures in regards to tracking and securing IPAD’s. Coordinator is accountable for processing contracts

    Travel Requirements

    • Minimal travel may be required for training or summit purposes. (5%)

    Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

    • High School Diploma
    • Must be fluent in excel and able to write macros
    • Computer Skills Required
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word (preferable), Outlook (preferable), Excel (preferable)
    • One year of general office and customer service experience
