Contracts Supervisor | Business Operations | San Antonio

The Business Operations Supervisor is responsible for directing and coordinating the daily operation of the Business Operations Contracts team, which includes; staffing and development of the team, managing daily site operations, and being a strategic business partner.

The role will also support marketing and sales processes and teams, ensuring that standard operating procedures are followed in support of the business. Must maintain effective, open communication with other departments to promote the Company's goal of being responsive, respectful and delivering a great experience.

Specific duties include but are not limited to:

  • Lead a highly functional contracts team in support of the sales and marketing operation at the site(s).

  • Continuously looking to hire top talent, and identifying top talent on existing team to develop and promote.

  • Be a leader in Culture and Diversity initiatives.

  • Lead roll out of new and evolving initiatives for our sales, marketing, and Ops teams to continue to engage with our customers and drive the business forward.

  • Ensure execution of day to day contracts operations

  • Perform regular analysis on various business and operational metrics to drive improvement on opportunities at the site.

  • Implement, enforce, maintain, and review all site internal controls in accordance with site and company SOP.

  • Be a proactive business partner to Sales and Marketing leaders to ensure compliance of Company Policy and procedures.

  • Maintain supplies, collateral, and vendor accounts to facilitate Sales office activities in accordance to the Site's Budget.

  • Properly and professionally respond to internal and external customer service needs at the site.

  • Assist with the review of month end process with accounting. Includes involvement with supporting month end accounts payable, payroll, commission changes, overhead account management.

  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of Sales Operations Experience, preferably in the Timeshare Industry

  • Minimum of 2 years Supervisory/Management experience

  • Previous experience leading and developing a team

  • Must be proficient in Word and Excel programs

  • Excellent communication skills being tactful and able to interact pleasantly when dealing with internal/external customers

  • Must be able to work independently; Capable of focusing with interruptions; Must be able to adapt to changes quickly while leveraging employees at all levels within the organization
