Club Wyndham Resort Dinner Plain, Mt Hotham is looking for a Commis Chef or Experience Cook to join our kitchen team at Elements Restaurant.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support our dynamic and passionate Head Chef, while working within a dedicated front of house team to create a positive environment.

• Ensuring food safety and hygiene of food preparation.

• Display eagerness to increase food knowledge and skills.

• Provide exceptional Guest experience.

• Correct food handling and storage techniques/practices

• Setting up stations in service kitchen and preparing adequately for service.

• Executing sufficient prep work to a high standard.

• Maintaining proper closing procedures and cleaning schedule.

• Maintaining quality and consistency for all menu items.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in the kitchen of a fast-paced venue 

• Ability to work within a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

• A positive, can-do attitude, who loves cooking
