Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily administrative operations including Association Governance, Board of Directors relations, Administration of Board Meetings (scheduling, noticing, communicating, guidance of meetings), etc.
  • Support Resort Management (company and resort communications), Liaison to Department Heads.
  • Liaison to Resort Committees (Greening/Safety/Hospitality with HEART/ Charities, etc.)
  • Ensures all licensing for the resort is current and organized including necessary communication with state, county and government agencies resulting in compliance to required standards. Oversee master executive office calendar to include prioritizing and coordinating meetings, events, Boardroom calendar. May perform Accounts Payable duties.
  • Support audit standards: Keeper/administrator of all centralized Audit General Policies/Compliance data; Partner with Department Heads to oversee all Administrative items of Loss Prevention program to include performing general/monthly Safety Trainings, meet all timelines regarding trainings, postings, inventory of proper PPE, effective organization and presentation of Health & Safety Binders and related sub-sections in the Information Management Program and SharePoint Sites.
  • Responsible for maintaining compliance with all Administrative related sections of audits including Quality Assurance, Internal Audit, Health & Safety and Mystery Shop.
  • Maintain positive customer and associate relationships: Oversee ongoing development and implementation of resort operations associate orientation program including coordination with all department heads, i.e. property orientation walkthrough. Ensure proper staffing and scheduling for maximum productivity. Communicate priorities to staff daily. Partner with General Manager and Human Resources to minimize employee relations issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3 years frequent use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced
    level.
  • 2 years administrative support, preferably for senior level management or combination of college degree and 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with all levels of employee.
  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Must be able to lead and coordinate projects utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.
