Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, billing issues, and service requests efficiently.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Follow standard operating procedures and scripts where necessary.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Record and update customer interactions in the call center system.
Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.
Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve service quality.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated with new offerings.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in communication, business, or related field is a plus.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Proficient in using call center software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
