We are seeking a Business Analytics Analyst in Orlando, FL.

The Business Analytics Analyst will help drive the success of the business by providing business analyses and analytical solutions to help guide operational decision making.  The Analyst should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and will collaborate with associates across several functions of the business and across all brands, to drive projects and solutions forward. 

You will be responsible to:

• Understand and leverage various data points to develop recommendations that assist in making business decisions

• Define which data will be needed to understand product and business performance

• Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to create insightful reporting to measure performance

• Collect, clean and process data to uncover trends and answer business questions

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies across a variety of business units

• Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders to drive action

• Act as a team player and collaborate with business partners on projects and company initiatives

Examples of Projects you will lead:

• Create dashboards to measure sales and marketing performance metrics

• Intake requests from Business Partners and troubleshoot for solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or closely related field

• 2 years experience in analytical role, preferably supporting sales, marketing, finance, or similar areas

• Education or work experience utilizing quantitative data analysis, statistic and data mining to solve problems

• Ability to combine technical expertise with business acumen to create and communicate potential solutions

• Knowledge of programming language (SAS, SQL, Snowflake or Python)

• Advanced Microsoft Suite skills

• Sufficient in advanced visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

• Detailed oriented and able to multi-task and meet  goals and timelines

• Ability to take ownership and accountability over assigned projects
