The Global Brands team has an opening for a Brand Operations Specialist local to Orlando, FL which will be a central, internal point of contact for the department’s deliverables – helping to keep our teams focused on priority business needs. This is a hybrid role; in office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday/work from home Thursday, Friday.

The Brand Operations Specialist will use critical thinking along with the ability to influence to steer the day-to-day execution of brand marketing plan deliverables. They will work extensively within a project management tool and will be ensure platform’s data is accurate and up-to-date, will develop and analyze reports on a regular basis, and train team members as needed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Resource and Workflow Management

  • Manages the prioritization and day-to-day progress of projects/tasks while assessing the resource load (both current and projected) in order to meet the needs of the business

  • Works with leaders of the department’s functional areas to identify and solve any threats to quality, capacity and the on-time delivery of projects.

  • Manages and maintains project management tool content, trains associates as-needed and ensures adherence to processes are maintained.

Video/Stills Shoots & Live Events

  • Assists in scheduling and monitoring off all phases of the production process, including coordinating people and equipment for shoots and live events.

Financial & Administrative

  • Processes department invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accurate coding and adherence to established process.

  • Performs other duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Education

  • BA in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred

Knowledge and skills

  • Understanding of branding practices and structure

  • Understanding of creative execution / production process

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Strong time management skills

  • Ability to negotiate and influence others

  • Ability to build productive relationships with various subject matter experts

  • Highly collaborative

  • Solution-oriented

  • Self-starter; able to work independently

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Experience administering and maintaining project management workflow tools/software (Robohead, Workfront, Basecamp, etc) a plus

Job experience

  • 3+ years in a Production, Traffic or Creative Resource Scheduling role

Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
