What does a Sr. Virtual Marketing Manager do?

Supervise all aspects of marketing staff to ensure the marketing processes are being followed. Provide coaching, feedback and direction to Virtual Marketing Agents/Appointment Setters regarding all aspects of the marketing process. Document coaching sessions and marketing statistics for performance and performance management. Hire and terminate employees as needed based on performance management guidelines. Perform administrative duties as needed. Assist VP of Sales/Virtual Sales Manager with mentoring and coaching Supervisor level. Being an additional resource for leadership to develop agents, team leads and supervisors for growth. Assist with new hire, ongoing and Academy level training and development programs ensuring a smooth transition from the training team to the production floor or work from home environment.

This position may require training and onsite presence at the Resort/Sales Office, and has the potential to be a remote/work from home opportunity.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • One year prior management or supervisory experience within the Call Center industry
  • One year experience within the Timeshare industry
  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Great customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great organizational skills
  • Detail oriented, accurate and thorough
  • Solution oriented
  • Thorough understanding of Wyndham Destinations Standard Operating Procedures
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Noble
  • Computer Skills Required
