TRYP by Wyndham Pulteney Street Adelaide will offer business and leisure travellers one-part experience and one-part destination with contemporary, unique lodging options in some of the world’s most cosmopolitan cities, including Madrid and Barcelona; Paris; Lisbon; Frankfurt and Berlin; Buenos Aires; Sao Paulo and New York City.   The brand’s “Own the City” culture, openly displays passion for guests and for the cities in which TRYP by Wyndham properties operate.

Let TRYP take you on an adventure of a lifetime. Our trendy new property in the heart of Adelaide CBD is calling for an entrepreneurial Food & Beverage Manager. This amazing opportunity will involve pre-opening, implementing, and operating a modern and sophisticated Restaurant and Bar. This fast-paced role will ensure diversity in each day of operation, from running the floor to developing exquisite menus alongside a top chef. This role calls for a highly self-motivated leader to challenge the norm.

The qualified candidate must have a proven track record in Food & Beverage Leadership, Revenue Management and Cost of Sales Analysis, all while understanding the latest trends across the industry. The professional individual will have a genuine passion for enhancing customer experiences while delivering an exceptional level of service and training. This role must have a strong understanding of South Australia wine and food culture.
