Internal: VP Sales, Site Project Directors, Field Marketing Manager, Area Office Administration Manager, Legal, Finance, Creative, Procurement, IT

External: Resort Teams (Blue Lotus and other associate resorts if required) and other related local Businesses and community


The responsibility of the role is to manage the daily operation of IH and CMP in order to deliver qualified CMP and IH tours to designated sites, and to meet and exceed the departmental budgeted KPI’s.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)

  • CMP & IH department

Assist to recruitment of IH and CMP Day to day operations of IH and CMP All activities affecting the CMP and IH Ensure the correction of month end reporting requirements in accordance with company procedures The CMP activities to operate within all company and regulatory requirements

  • Meet and/or exceed the departmental budgeted expectations, in production and cost efficiencies
  • Assist the implementation of guest experience; engage staff with Lead with your heart! attitude and ensure team comply with company policies.
  • Ensure all employees stay current with required government licenses and work permits
  • Schedule tours for maximum efficiency
  • Provide regular coaching, mentoring and feedback to the team to ensure continued development and identify training needs
  • Identify trends/root causes and take action to ensure desired results are achieved
  • Develop and sponsor initiatives that foster open communication
  • Employees must ensure they comply with WVRAP’s OH&S Policy, procedures and any reasonable instruction given by WVRAP.
  • Employees must not wilfully place at risk the health and safety of themselves or any other persons in the workplace and to not wilfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety. Display Lead with your heart! service to all internal and external parties. 
  • Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise. 


  • Proven management experience on IH/CMP or related field.
  • CMP and IH experience and track record of results
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, manual, reports and correspondence.
  •  Attention to details and accuracy. Computer literate in Microsoft Office and able to learn company system.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn Company specific systems
  • Problem solving skills, patience and good listening skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to assist guests and co-workers in a professional, helpful and positive manner
  • Possesses productive, energetic and self-motivated attributes.
  • Strong personal values regarding customer service, delivering on the promise and integrity.
  • Presents oneself as a professional role model.
