We are looking for an experienced account coordinator with exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, assertive and confident personality, fantastic customer service and someone who works well under pressure.

What is the role?

This role, alongside of the Studio Manager will be the point of contact between the internal creative studio and all key stakeholders from across the business, managing design collateral from inception to execution. This role manages the schedules for both copy and design jobs with our internal creative studio, made up of 5 designers and 3 copywriters.

• Proactively offering solutions and recommendations to internal customers for their Accounts/Project needs

• Acting as a liaison between internal customers, stakeholders and allied service departments to ensure effective communication channels are open

• Maintaining relationships with external key stakeholders in order to source new opportunities

• Responsible for timelines, recording, tracking and history of all jobs by utilizing a system called Robohead

• Proof all material with attention to detail

• Co-ordinate print specification sheets in conjunction with specialists in the team

• Liaise with printing companies & request quotes, correspond with printers within Australia & SE Asia, and order collateral adhering to all company policies and processes

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate should have:

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications

• Comfortable working autonomously & as a team also

• Demonstrated time management & administration skills

• Demonstrated ability to multitask and coordinate a number of projects

• Demonstrated excellent organization and communication skills

• Strong Attention to detail

• Needs to be assertive & confident

• Needs to be strong but non-aggressive

• Can act quickly and adapts to change in a fast paced environment

• Basic - Intermediate skills in Adobe CC suite

• Works well under pressure
