The VP, CRM/Salesforce Product Management leader is part of the Global CRM & Digital Marketing Team. The VP, CRM/Salesforce Product Management leader collaborates with cross-functional teams at Travel and Leisure Co to deliver technology solutions from inception through sustainment. The VP, CRM/Salesforce Product Management is responsible for managing multiple platforms that yield insights, build new capabilities and business processes designed to drive growth, optimize the overall customer experience and business results.
This role calls for a strong, collaborative leader capable of leading the growth and development of our most strategic customer engagement systems. You will have demonstrated an excellent track record for implementing multiple Salesforce Orgs from initial concept to successful delivery and market adoption. You are comfortable with ambiguity and launching new capabilities of the platform. You can lead teams to rapidly iterate and improve Salesforce system, grow and support the user community, build long-term strategy with partners in marketing and sales business units. Ensure Salesforce enhancement capabilities aligns with the overall strategy of the organization. Be the expert on the Salesforce domain, the ecosystem, the trends. Build impactful, personal partner and stakeholder relationships. Work with Product Owners to bring the customer's voice into the creation process.
This position requires hands-on experience with the Salesforce.com Platform, stakeholder management, delivery management and day-to-day team management. This individual is the subject matter expert of the Salesforce.com Platform; responsible for successful sustainment, enhancement and deployment throughout the product lifecycle.
