This is a part time position of 20 hours per week with a salary of £9,459.25pa

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently executing  administration tasks and processes within 7Across Europe including:
    • Support and cover for the Operations Assistant during busy periods and cover during time off
    • Responsible for the  7Across e-mail inboxes and responding to members via Email or telephone
    • Manage the Match Request process and conduct related outcalls to drive member confirmations
    • Assign and work daily Emails via EMS Daily Web tasks
    • Supporting  the Operations Executive with the creation of any new resort profiles and liaising with Marketing
    • Run several daily/weekly reports to support the business
    • Supporting the Operations Executive with inventory management when required
  • Supporting the call centre during busy periods by taking inbound and making outbound calls as and when required
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and enhance the product offering for review with the Operations Executive
  • Always put the customer first in everything we do
  • Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibly and deliver on the promise
  • Perform all other reasonable duties as required and/or directed
  • Deliver a professional service, be enthusiastic and positive and help make 7Across a great place to work

KEY POSITION CRITERIA

Knowledge/ Skills / Qualifications

  • Experience of a working within an administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Effective negotiation and analytical skills
  • Strong inter-personal and organisation skills
  • Customer focused with the ability to immediately resolve any issues
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and confident
  • Excellent PC Skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
  • Flexibility to adapt in a changing environment
  • Ability to manage time effectively in order to arrange workload and prioritise key tasks
  • Knowledge and experience of the travel and/or timeshare sector would be ideal but not essential
  • Call Centre experience is desirable but not essential

MINIMUM

  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent

DESIRABLE

  • Educated to A-level or equivalent
