PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)

Team Leadership & Management

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of OPCs and CMAs to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly booking targets.
  • Motivate and energize the team to maximize guest engagement and tour flow.
  • Provide on-site coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Create and manage staffing schedules to ensure coverage across all locations.

Operational Excellence

  • Drive tour flow performance by monitoring KPIs such as bookings, show rates, and VPG (Volume per Guest).
  • Implement and maintain sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, government regulations, and ethical marketing standards.
  • Manage reporting and communication between field marketing operations and senior leadership.

Guest Engagement & Marketing Execution

  • Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and guest participation at booths, hotel lobbies, and public spaces.
  • Oversee the use of incentives, promotional tools, and scripts to maximize guest commitment.
  • Foster a customer-first culture that emphasizes rapport building, professionalism, and brand representation.

Performance & Development

  • Track daily and weekly performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies to meet targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and motivational sessions.
  • Identify and develop future leaders within the marketing team.

     

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:

  • Proven leadership experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, or direct marketing environments.
  • Guest Service Mindset
  • Ability to lead, by example, producing tours whilst training and developing (CMA/OPC)
  • Strong background in field marketing (OPC/CMA), hospitality, or guest-facing sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and motivate large teams.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • High energy, resilience, and a passion for coaching teams to success.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
