How You’ll Shine

As a friendly and experienced Handyman / Maintenance All Rounder to join our team. The successful candidate will assist our maintenance department and will preferably have experience in basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, gardening, and general handyman maintenance, however training will be provided.

• Maintenance of rooms/grounds
• Inspection & reporting of faults
• Reporting all maintenance issues as required
• Assisting guests when required

This is a busy hands-on role that requires a motivated can-do person with great time management skills and a desire to make the property the best it can be!

What You’ll Bring

The successful applicant must:

• Be Competent in multi-tasking and enjoy working in a dynamic and busy environment
• Always conduct yourself in a professional manner that reflects the company in a positive manner
• Have a 'can-do' attitude, eye for detail and display enthusiasm at all times
• Previous experience within a hotel maintenance environment would be preferable.
• Ability to work unsupervised and an exceptional eye for detail are key requirements of this role.
• You will be required to work a rotating roster including, nights, weekends, school holidays and public holidays
