Job Summary
This position is responsible for marketing owners checking into our resorts to schedule the guest to virtually meet with member services to discuss their virtual owner update and workshop VIA ZOOM. The coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the update; discuss resort activity schedules and area information to the guest. Must meet production standards on a weekly/monthly basis. Shifts available between 8am - 9pm **Weekend shifts required**. Career growth opportunities.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- #1(75% time) Marketing guests to set up virtual meetings with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop. Guest will meet with member services for an update virtually through an iPad.
- #2(15% time) Follow up and respond to guests seeking concierge information or assistance
- #3 (5% time) Attend consistent training classes in order to improve production
- #4 (5% time) Tracks/records of own production and premium gifts that are distributed
Travel Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred
Knowledge and skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, or possesses good written and oral communication skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to prioritize and organize.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices
- Scheduling flexibility due to business demands.
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks independently while multitasking and maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to show discretion and good judgment in dealing with internal and external problems.
- Must be able to handle periods of high pressure while maintaining professional composure.

Job experience
- While 1 to 3 years of sales and or marketing experience is preferred it is not required- We will develop you!

Level of decision making authority
Low- Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve issues with marketing support systems
Level of autonomy
Moderately level of autonomy is required once day to day functions are established and trained. Any decision outside of the scope of the normal day to decisions and functions will need to be approved by a manager
Impact of incumbent’s decisions on the organization
Timely and quality volume for booking allows the department to meet their budget.
Accuracy in reporting allows for needed visibility on the performance of all marketing programs and provides the leadership team with the information needed for effective profit-driven business decisions
Travel Requirements
No travel is required outside of the home site’s area
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required. Must maintain production standards.
Education
