Are you ready to take the lead in one of the most dynamic, results-driven areas of our business? As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll own the vision and execution of all In-House Marketing operations across three resort sites in the breathtaking Caribbean Region, guiding your team to deliver memorable guest experiences while driving the results that fuel our success.
This isn’t just a management role, it’s a chance to shape culture, mentor future leaders and directly influence the success of our resorts and sales teams. You’ll be at the heart of the action, working shoulder-to-shoulder with resort and sales leadership, corporate partners and regional marketing leaders to ensure we don’t just meet expectations—we exceed them.
What You’ll Do

Lead & Inspire: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of marketers. Motivate them to succeed, reward their wins and hold them accountable for excellence.

Own the Numbers: Drive results by maintaining and improving site KPIs—including show rates, conversion and guest engagement.

Elevate Guest Experience: Ensure every owner and guest interaction is delivered with warm, gracious, thoughtful hospitality, transforming marketing into a value-add part of their vacation.

Problem-Solve in Real Time: Be the go-to leader for resolving tour flow challenges, guest concerns and operational obstacles.

Partner for Success: Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Leaders and Resort Management to optimize tour flow, align priorities and adapt to new marketing programs.

Keep Us on Track: Oversee payroll, daily reporting, tour manifests and compliance—ensuring accuracy, accountability and timeliness.

Be the Voice of the Team: Communicate key updates, program changes and performance results with clarity and urgency.

What We’re Looking For

Leadership Experience: 2+ years of management or supervisory experience—or equivalent timeshare experience.

Business Agility: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, results-driven environment, balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Decision Velocity: Ability to work independently, make timely decisions with confidence and take ownership of results.

People Skills: Comfortable working with owners, guests, and salespeople alike.

Operational Strength: Strong detail orientation, problem-solving ability, and experience with payroll/commission processes.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn company systems quickly.

Flexibility: Availability to work a rotating schedule of days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
