The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for execution of the overall digital marketing strategy across the Panorama Travel Solutions. This leader develops and executes website optimization, paid media, SEO, paid search, organic search, email, social media and lifecycle marketing, and other digital marketing programs with the goal of driving and capturing consumer demand across Panorama Travel Solutions club memberships. This leader drives web merchandising strategy and implementation across multiple language sites for the Panorama Travel Solutions brands, supporting various international currencies.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for effectively managing paid media plans to maximize profits. Develop strong rapport with Agency partners and provide them with strategy and recommendations for optimizing performance across all channels (paid search, paid social, display).

  • Manage email marketing, including the calendar, creatives, segmentation, testing, optimization, and website triggers.

  • Manage all SEO efforts, both technical and content. 

  • Develop an actionable paid and organic social media strategy that focuses on direct response, loyalty, engagement, membership, and new customer acquisition.

  • Stay abreast of online marketing trends and educate internal teams.

  • Test/launch new channels and enhancements when applicable.

  • Work with Email Manager, Analyst, agency support and enterprise support to manage projections and actualized reporting across all channels.

  • Mentor direct reports on their job performance against established goals.

  • Liaise with internal enterprise support including data analytics, website developers, social media listening, and other internal support as needed.

Travel Requirements

  • Minimal travel required.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business preferred.

  • Master’s degree is a plus.

Knowledge and skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills (articulate communicator and strong listener) in order to manage multiple external partnerships, coordinate across internal teams, and willingness to confront challenging tasks.

  • Excellent written skills sufficient to produce internal/external sales and marketing communication.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Extremely detail oriented.

  • Proactive and independent worker with a passion for optimization as well as exploring and testing new strategies.

  • Critical thinker with excellent analytical skills and deep understanding of online marketing metrics and attribution.

  • Multi-task oriented and able to perform under pressure.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Embodies the entrepreneurial spirit and is willing to take on new challenges and risks.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Experience with Google, Salesforce, Adobe a plus

Job Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience required, with an emphasis on paid performance media, acquisitions, search, email, and web merchandizing preferred.

  • Travel industry, membership marketing and/or subscription experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience producing targeted marketing value positioning and outreach and tactics in a fast, high-volume atmosphere.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing digital paid media.

  • Proven success with marketing campaigns and materials.

  • Experience in marketing and advertising planning, with proven results in use of measurable, data-driven media and channels.

  • Experience managing internal and external agency partners.
